IP Phone 7912 does not start-up

Hi,

I have a CCM 3.3 in production and a CCM 4.0 implementation. In some point some of my 7912 devices freeze and now when I try to turn it on, it remains steady red and green ligths with nothing on the screen.

Here are hopefully some helpful tips. Have you tried repowering the phone. What version of CallManager 4.0 is this. It this happening with any other type of IP phone like 7905, which uses the same phone load. Did it ever register , if not you may want to re add it into the CCMAdmin to see if that makes a difference to at least one phone.
