I'm getting the following error when I try to put in my username and password : Unable to login (2960) with configured password

I know that the username and password is alright. We have tried this on multiple workstations with different users and get the same thing. We are running CCM 3.3(4) and I also have verifed that the IP services are setup correctly.

On the Callmanager Publisher server, could you look for the following path in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Directory Configuration

It could be that in your registry you have the hostname and not ip address.Try the IP address instead of the DNS name as a starting point.
