          HI everyone, I have encountered one question :ip phone  can't fallback to SRST when phone lost connect to CCM before fallback to SRST.

I want to know whether SRST FEATURE not support this environment. Thanks a lot !

Have you properly configured SRST and have you configured the SRST reference in CUCM and applied it to the phone via the DP???
