I have some questions regarding how PC port works.
In which situations I will be able to sniffer the voice traffic and in which not?
I know that there is a switch but I can sniff.
Customer is concerned.
Thanks

If you have the phone connected to the switch configured as a trunk port with seperate Vlans for voice and data you should not be able to sniff the voice traffic from the PC port.

I think you will find that you can sniff the voice traffic from the phone on the PC port, but you need a sniffer/ethernet card which can 'read' 802.1q headed frames. The frames for the PC wont have a 802.1q header but traffic on he voice Vlan will.
