IP Phone speed dial pause

Is there any way to insert a pause character (like a comma in a modem dialing string) in a speed dial entry for an IP phone?

This would be very useful for calling card dialing, getting through auto attendants, etc.

I'm hoping someone from cisco can comment here....The only way I have gotten around the same situation with LD calling cards, is by setting up mutiple speed dials...one for the card # and one for their access code. Its not all that great of a solution as I'm burning up speed dials.... but thats the only way I've gotten this to work.
