We had a power outage over the weekend and all the VoiP Phones give you a busy signal when you try to dial out. Is there a way to reset the phone so they will work?

If it is a phone reset issue (and it's a big IF) then type **#** which will cause the phone to reset.
If it doesn't work, try some traces, and ensure your gateway is working fine.

Since I am new to the system how do you do traces and make sure the gateway is fine? Do I do this thru CallManager?
