IP Voive Media Streaming Applications errors

We originally configured the call manager to receive live audio for MoH. We changed the parameter value from 1 to 51 under service parameters. We have since pulled the live audio. However, the executives do not want the elevator music either. This is probably why the errors are occurring. I realize it is probably easy but I am not seeing it. How should I confiure the CM in order to receive no errors and no MoH?

Hi b-byrne,

You can remove your moh server from the moh server config within ccm admin. You could also set your moh audio source to none within your device pool config your phones are using. I hope this helps!
