I am using ICM 4.6.2, CMB 4.0, CTH 4.0 for IPCC - Web integration. I am able to achieve callbacks when agents are available but when my IPCC script attempts to queue the call to IVR CTIRP the CTI Server treats the CTIRP as a agent phone, tries a QUERY_AGENT_STATE_REQ reports a CF_INVALID_CSTA_CONNECTION_IDENTIFIER and clears the call.
How should the CTIRP used for Route Requests from CM and for Xrtes on IPIVR be defined in the system to enable the Mediablender to wait for the agent and not fail on the queuing on IVR?
