IPMA Redundancy

Hello guys!!!

I´m configuring IPMA in proxy line mode. I have 2 CCM with the ipma service active

I know that we can get redundancy in this cases. But I don´t know if I need to configure something into IPMA attendant console to the redundancy work.

You will just need to configure the primary and backup CTI and IPMA servers in Service -> Service Parameters -> IPMA. If the primary is unavailable, the backup will be used.

Hi Everybody,

I have an ipma redundancy issue. I have 2 servers with ipma service parameters configuring fine but when i put the subscriber out of service, we aren't able to login with ipma console. The proxy line mode become unvailable in the manager phone.

can you help me please ?

you must activate ipma service on both servers
