We are currently trying to figure out how we can allow some of our SoftPhone users to do Meet Me and other functions. The question is, how to we do this when there is no template to modify in CM.
At the current time I don't see anyway to accomplish this. Most of the time when the buttons aren't there it is because there is not a way to accomplish this in tapi so that is why the buttons aren't there.
