Hi,
In my Cisco Unified CM Administration system version: 7.0.1.11000-2 I have a lot of Call-pickup groups that have a name associating with a department that have changed their name to a new name.
Now I would like to update the Call-pickup groups to the new name, so - by example - if one call-pickup group has the name "Aeldre6", I would like to rename it to "sundhed6" instead.
But I do not want to affect all the phone-numbers associated with the call-pickup group and the number the call-pickup group has.
Can I just rename the Call-pickup-group to the new name, without destroying the group and phones listed in it or do I have to something else?
Kind regards,
Carl-Marius

Yes, you can rename the Call Pickup Group. The new name will be reflected in all currently associated DNs.
Hope this helps.
