Is there a bulk method in hardcoding speed/duplex on IP Phones?

We have callmanager 4.1.3SRc with a variety of 79XX phones. My customer wants to hardcode the speed and duplex for all phones to 100/full. Is this a good idea? Is there a way to do this in bulk instead of going to each and every phone by manually hardcoding. Thanks in advance!
