Issue Upgrading DMP 4400G from 5.1 to latest firmware

I have a slew of 4400G DMPs that we are trying to update from 5.1 to 5.3.6. They go through the process of upgrading and say they are successful, but when they restart, they are still on 5.1. I tried 5.2.1 and 5.2.3 but those did not work. Any suggestions?

Try A Hard Reset, Hold Reset Button for 20seconds ( Two Beeps).

(  *Warning:Clears all settings*)

Will have to setup from Defalt password.

Then try upgrade.

We had several not upgrade untill trying .

It would act like it was burning upgrade and fail at Verify then reboot back to old version.

Also found this works  from a  web browser Try Restore Default Settings in DMP4400g Webpage.

Then try upgrade after resetting password.

Goodluck.
