Hello. We are looking to implement Cisco Jabber. I was wondering if there is a way to block foul language from being used in the chat sessions.
I know that contacts can be blocked in Jabber and that the chat sessions can be logged, but I'm trying to find out if there is a way to specifically block keywords in the chat sessions and from what I have found, there is no way to do so. Is there a possible add-on, maybe? Something that could prevent the user from sending the chat if a foul word / keyword was detected?
Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, you'd need to buy a 3rd party compliance system that could filter or remove those words.

Check into Verba as a 3rd party compliance product. They have a "ethical wall" filter that will allow you to filter anything including language.
