User A (jabber windows) got a call from B (external number) and User A trying to make a conference call to C (mobile number).but call is getting disconnected.i have checked MRGL ,conference bridge registration...etc all are fine.
the same user (A) can make conference with internal users.issue is happening only for one user.
You'll have to look at your GW configuration to know what codecs are being used with your configuration, also check on CUCM the regions between your GW and the CFB.
