Jabber CUCM External Phone Service Down

A client had a power outage over the weekend and all came up as it should. Internal phones and Internal Jabber work well. The issue that I'm having is that External Phone services are not connecting. External Messaging is connecting as well as Voicemail. 

I've reset the CTI Services

Simple fix-

Simple fix-

Connections need to be resynced. Using mra?

Go into expressway core and edge and there should be a way to resync connections with cucm/cuc

Let me know if you can't find it. I'll log in and let you know where to look.
