Jabber iOS/Android no Audio

Hi All,

 

Encountered an issue wherein no audio being heard from both end unless the video button will turn on and off first for the audio to work.

 

Example: Jabber iOS calling to Jabber Android (Call Established but no Audio)

               Either one of them need to turn on the video and turn off again then the Audio will immediately work.

 

Issue is only being encountered when connected to corporate wifi.

Windows Jabber to Windows Jabber is working properly when connected via LAN.

 

So the issue is obviously on the AP side - what setting should we look on the AP side?

Some sort of ALG , or firewall that doesn’t quite know what you’re doing maybe
