Hello,
Jabber windows 14.1.4 keep getting this prompt for voicemail credential.
I check UC profile is good and AD LDAP sync is good. Anything else to check?

What's the setting in your service profile of the parameter "Credentials source for voicemail service"?

AD auth is active , as I can populate users in UCM from AD and also Unity.

Is the UC Profile set to reuse CUCM credentials for voicemail?
Also ensure that the CUC mailbox is LDAP-integrated, not standalone or AXL. Username must match and CUC must be setup for LDAP Auth, of course.

That's odd. Is the user able to login to /ciscopca or /inbox on CUC with the same LDAP creds? In other words: is LDAP auth actually working on CUC? If yes, you're probably ready for a TAC case to review logs.

Login to PCA success with same LDAP credentials. What maybe the issue?
