Cisco Community Team,
We have Cisco IP-Phone 6941 configured with CUCMv9.0. We want to block the access to the IP-Phone with PIN or password.
It should be like first level of authentication before the user can use the phone features to dial-out calls and change phone settings.
There shouldn't be any block in terms of receiving inbound calls.
Any suggestions on the configuration would help.
Regards,
Dilip kumar

This has been asked plenty of times before, a search on CSC would have provided the answer without posting a question.
No, there's no built-in method to do that, you need a 3rd party app.
Out of the box, you only get EM, FAC or CMC.
3rd party app suggestions can be found on previous posts on the topic.
Please search before you post.
