When I click the launch status monotor, I see "not connected". This never happened before and unity is still functioning , I just couldn't see the ports status.I know if I restart the unity server it'll be OK. But is there any other way can fix this?

As always, we'll need to know what version of Unity you're running here - if you're at 4.0x did you configure IIS for NTLM vs. HTTPS by any chance? There were a couple of DDTS records I found related to that which sound similiar to the description you give:

I get the same message. I am using HTTPS with anonymous on 4.0.2 for Domino. Any idea what can cause this?
