LDAP Configuration Fails on Cisco DMM

Hello All:

I am having issues configuring the LDAP authentication on our cisco Digital Media Manager 5.3.0 (DMM).

Has anyone successful configured the LDAP setting on a DMM?

Yes it works but the trick is getting the ldap information correct
Try to install ldapbrowser.com free tool
Then use it to connect to AD
Copy the information from that into the DMm config

I was using this format CN=John Doe,OU=sales,DN=example,DN=com

however, when i eventually contacted TAC, he used this format CN=John Doe,CN=sales,DN=example,DN=com

and it worked!.
