LICENCE BE6000 Activation

HELLO  ,

I can't identify where is the PAK to activate the cucm and unity connection !!??

I fellow this link to activate licence but I'm stuck on the recording stage

where can I find the PAK to upload the licence file ?

I received 3 casing with the ucs server :

1: Cisco Software release key encrypted virtual vcs

2: CISCO UC Virt.hypervisor 5.x (2 socket)

3: Cisco config only E-Delivery vcs pak pid

Hi,

What type of licenses you have ordered?

You can visit the site www.cisco.com/go/licenses and enter the PAK and click on "FULFILL" TAB.

the screen would open giving breakup of licenses along with Quantity Available and Quantity to Assign.

suppose if u have ordered CUWL Standard, it would show UCM and UCXN on same page .

Adding to Aman, if you cannot do it online or face any issues then contact Cisco Licensing Team at licensing@cisco.com and provide them your PAK number and they will assist further.
