Have customer with CUCM 9.x. They are looking to integrate Polycom HDX and/or Realpresence on to their Cisco UCM and Infrastructure. Is there a Cisco Licensing requirement to integrate this equipment with Cisco UCM system? Thx
If you are going to register the HDX4500 to CUCM, then it will register as a 3rd party SIP device which will need 1 Enhanced license. What Realpresence systems are you going to integrate?
