Is there a limit, other than enough memory to store the config, on the number of pots dial-peers that can be created? Im working a proposal that could require about 200 dial-peers. Thanks!

I dont think 200 dial-peers will be a problem, but why not use MGCP instead assuming you are using a Callmanager

Thanks for the reply. In this case it's not with CallManager, but just a gateway to a key system. It's a rather unique situation dealing with a bunch of remote users and a new key system that is quickly getting maxed out. Thanks again!

Your limit is memory and IDB (Interface descriptor blocks). I'm uncertain what the latest 12.3 limit are. I had issues with 2600s with 64MB ram and 12.2(15)T and large numbers of dial-peers. I switched to MGCP.
