Hi there
This is for a UCCE 12.5, we were trying to modify the "end call" button in finesse when the agents are in a call, were were trying to modify that button instead of finish a call to send it to a survey.
For what I understand you cannot modify that "end call" button as this is a call control gadget and is not customizable and you cannot modify it.
is there any CISCO link that says that?
The closest was this CISCO forum
I know I can create another buttons gadget and I know I can use Post Call survey.
we would like just to find that link where it says this end call button cannot be modified. Thank you.

it´s different issue, 1 was for asking for help to modify the button or looking for another solution, and the other one was asking for a link.
