Log on count for attendants

I have a simple question.  At our facility, we have a main attendant phone at the front desk.  (cisco 7960 - Cisco Unified CM Administration system version: 6.1.3.2000-1) We have several different attendants that are supposed to log onto this phone, and there is supposed to be someone logged on 24/365.  However, there are times right around a shift change, that no one is logged on, and this causes the phone to just keep ringing.  Now my question is:  Is there a way through call manager to view the number of indivduals that are currently logged on?  The attendants are telling me it used to be there, but I'm thinking that was before we changed to Cisco VOIP.  Can anyone please help?

You can find that in the Real Time Monitoring Tool, but you probably would not give that to the Attendants if you goal is to have them aware of currently logged in resources.

From the RTMT Admin Guide:

ClientsOnline This counter represents the total number of Cisco Unified Communications

Manager attendant console clients that are currently online. Attendant Console

clients include all users that are configured in the attendant console User

Configuration window in Cisco Unified Communications Manager

Administration that are currently online. This number increases by one for each

client that goes online and decreases by one for each client that goes offline.
