I have 7821 MRA phones running 10.3.1.12 firmware reaching CUCM 10 via Expressway. Is there a way of logging - say to syslog - whenever an MRA phone goes to "preservation mode". I'm trying to assess if the complaint of one MRA user - his phone going to this fairly often - is unique of if the problem is more wide-spread. But I don't know what to look at on the backend to see if this is happening. Any logging at the Expressway? CUCM? Other?? Thank you.
