ISR 3925 can act as voice gateway for Lync server ?
Another questions all types of cisco IP phones can work with Lync server ?

If you setup your ISR as a CUBE it is no problem. We have a Cube here and use it als to route calls to our skype for business and are able to make outbound calls. It is just a SIP connection between lync and cube.
Lync Server just support their Lync client, you cannot attach a real phone to a Lync Server.

Check the below link for Lync Server integration with CUCM. Yes, ISR 3925 can act as a Voice Gateway and since Microsoft Lync will mainly be used as an IM & Presence client, and in case you want to integrate voice services (CUCILYNC) that will run in desk phone control mode, any IP Phone that works with Call Manager will work for Lync Server as well
