Making UDP multicast stream fit the screen

I have been successful in creating a UDP multicast stream that plays on the DMPs, but have not fit the content to the screen.  I would like for the content to be full screen if possible.  It seems to be scaling it to the safe area.  The specifics and what I have tried so far are below

Specifics

• Using DMM with 5.3.0
• Using DMP 4400G with 5.3.5
• Encoder (non-Cisco) is sending out a stream with 1280x720 resolution and h.264 with mpeg2-ts encapsulation
• Multiple display types but testing on a NEC E552 display
• DMP using auto-detection of screen resolution and no max resolution setting changed from the defaults

Tried so far

• full screen all-media box in presentaions with canvas size of 1280x720, 1366x768, and 1920x1080
• Playlist of UDP stream with 1280x720 custom resolution

Have also tried multiple max resolution settings on the DMP without any success.

Hello Dave,

Have you tried using the Media playback option directly on the DMP (without using the URL in a presentation) ?

Set it to full screen and hit "Start".
