Managing IP Phones through web

How do I allow a user to make changes to his/her IP phone through the web. I have added the phone and user and associated the user with the phone. How do I access the phone from PC to make changes. If I simply type in the IP address of the phone I get the phone statistics which is helpful but not what I'm looking for.

For the users to make changes on the phone they have to go: http://call manager server or IP//ccmuser

then they have to use the User ID that you select for them on the global directory and the User Password*.

The IP of the phone is for the administrator to check status, config and error messages from the phone.

Thank you very much. I knew it had to be something simple, I just didn't know what URL the users would use.
