Maximum Attendant Console Sessions

What is the maximum number of Attendant Console sessions supported by CallManager 4.0 with a two server environment? I have a customer who has requirements for 45 Attedant Consoles. What would having a third CallManager do to the total capacity, would we double the amount?

Jim, this depends on the server model and the device weight calculations of the cluster.

Please contact your local Cisco Channel SE, Cisco SE and/or Cisco AVVID Certified Reseller, and have them run through with you your device weights and server models to determine the quantity.

Maximum of 512 simultaneous calls on as many as 200 configured attendant consoles
