MCS-7825-H1-IPC1 with OS 2000.27 Problem

Dear All,

I have problem on the MCS-7825-H1-IPC1 follow:

- CCM4.1 included OS2000 2.7

- RAID 1 is configured

after that, I insert disk1(hardware detection)for install OS on the MCS and alert "This Os version dose not support the detected server"

Pls help in this case

You need OS2000.4.1, it installs using a single disk. The hardware detection disk is not needed.

My Company is order Cisco MCS-7825-H1-IPC1 and CCM4.1 included only OS2000.2.7, I can't received OS2000.4.1

Have you link download OS2000.4.1?

I have gone the way of the 2000.4.1, the disk loads the nthe server reboots ad just sits there. Are there additional tasks that need to be accomplished to get this thing to fire up?

I have received an OS2000_4_1-H1.ISO file with the size 888MB, then I burned image to DVD ROM.

After that, I insert into the MCS7835-H1, however the CD can not boot for setup.

I have the same problem, I can't find any bugs or field notice from Cisco that indicate OS 2000.2.7 is not supported.

If you look at the manual that comes with the discs for 2000.2.7 it will show that 7825-H1s and I1'sare not supported.

If you ordered the right discs (CM4.1-k9- 7825-H1) or (CM4.1-k9-7825-I1) You should have the appropriate discs for 2000.4.x in the bundle.

I have one CD named Installation and Recovery 2000.4.1 DVD for MCS-7825-H1

Is this is the correct CD to detect my Server MCS-7825-H1 Server ?

Do I need any additional CDs ?
