MCS-7825H-3.0-ECS1 fails to detect hard disks

I got two brand new MCS-7825H-3.0-ECS1 servers (3.04 GHz CPU, 512 MB RAM) from Cisco and neither one recognizes the hard disks.

They start initializing the Array but then they fail to detect the hard disks.

Everything is correctly plugged...

Can it be a BIOS version problem?

I also got an MCS.7825H-3.0-CC1 and this server recognizes the hard disk...

This sounds like you could have faulty hardware. Please call into the Cisco TAC at 1-800-553-2447 and we can get you fixed up; wether it be an RMA or BIOS issue.
