Hi all,
Has anyone ever come across the following error message when trying to record by phone?:
The specified phone number does not answer
If you have, any pointers on how to resolve it would be appreciated!!!!

Assuming the correct number is listed in the properties (where the server name and phone number are entered for MM), check to see if there are any errors from the TSP or MIU when attempting to do the MM record. If there aren't, we'd have to probably move on to checking TSP and/or CCM traces.
