Does anyone know how, or if, you can setup a meet-me bridge for outside, first caller, dialin?
We want an outside caller on a non-ip phone to be able to start the bridge.
We do not have the budget for Cisco Conferencing Center.
Thanks,

We also have the same problem. I have discussed this in depth with a few Cisco engineers and the bridge has to be setup from an IP phone.

We have tried this from our PBX network and I am unable to find a way to get a PBX phone to start the conference. I explored ways to prefix a call to get it to activate the bridge etc. My CISCO contacts also tell me it is not possible unless started from an IP phone first. PBX lines can dial in easily as long as the conference is started by a IP phone.

Is it a possibility to use the IVR as the initiator
