Message Forward Options

Is there a way to have the message forward/send lookup option to be the Directory number, as opposed to a search by Name? You can toggle between the two by pressing ##, but it's only good for that session. Any ideas?

This is a subscriber level setting. In the Unity SA, go to the Subscribers > Conversation page, and in the "Message Addressing" section, change the field "Identify Subscriber By" to "Entering the Extension." If you've got a lot of subscriber records to change, you can use Bulk Edit in Tools Depot to change the setting (it's on the Conversation tab).
