I have a 2811 gateway with vwic-2mftt1 parired to CCM 4.13sr2. The solution is being built in my lab and I do not have a PRI pstn connection as of yet. The gateways IP address is showing up in callmanager but it is not showing as registered in callmanager. The show ccm-manager on the gateway does show as registered. I am using the config server commands and show mgcp is successfully downloading the config. Call agent is right too.
could the non-registration in call amanger be because the PRI is not up and the dchannel is not active? I have checked the config several times and it looks right.

If you are not connected, the gateway won't register. I think you can connect two vwic-2mft-t1 with a cross over cable.

the mgcp backhaul messages are only exchanged if the d-channel is active.
the registration will complete if your pri is activated.

How about FXO port?? It is because I preconfigure MGCP for FXO, but FXO hasnt pluged into Telco yet.
I did see IP address at CCM, but not register at all.
Is that apply to FXO too??

Not FXO - they will register w/o connection to telco. The ports should register in mgcp. I had a tough time getting them to register but I think I did a shut/no shut on the voice ports to get them to register. I may have reloaded the rtr too.
One thing to check is to make sure that you set up ccm and voice port to be ground-start or loop-start.
