When you have the opportunity please review the document at the following link, it comprises of all the TCP/UDP ports as used within CUCM 6:-

SCCP uses TCP port 2000

MGCP uses UDP port 2427 (Gateway Control)

MGCP uses TCP port 2428 (Backhaul)
