I'm trying to find out how much we use our phones and for how long. However for a few months now, 30% of the CDR logs are useless. What do I mean by useless? Well, this is what I mean:
I'm using the dateTimeConnect, dateTimeDisconnect, origIpv4v6Addr and destIpv46Addr fields to calculate usage. It's pretty simple really. However, a good chunk of the log is missing information. About ~3000 rows do not have a dateTimeConnect (They are just 0) and in these ~3000 rows, some of the calls don't have a destination address listed. Why is that?
