Is there a problem connecting modems to a VG248 and going out a 4000 AGM gateway? I was able to fix the fax problems by disabling all fax-relay but modems still disconnect and get horrible transfer speeds. Any suggestions?

Which codec are you using? G.711 is required end to end in order to have any chance of deceint throughput.
