Hello Everyone:
Can any one point me to an old link that Cisco had on CCO that gave an example of audio quality for each codec. I keep thinking that the page had a voice and music selection and what it sounded like with each supported codec. I work with a group of engineers that are convinced that there should be NO quality differences between a speech and music output if running a codec like g729.
I could really use any docs you guys may have to fire back with.
Thanks!

This is the link you are probably looking for:

Hope this helps!

This is very close. That I was trying to find again had a couple of sample clips of music and voice that where recorded with each codec. Like g711 and g729.
An id10t could click and hear what voice and speech would sound like over with the given codec.
I have not found this seen this page in over a year. Maybe it is not even on CCO any more. Just find it hard to think that it would not still have a role to play.
Thanks,
Carl
