Has anyone ever received a Error Message document that thoroughly explains what each error message means? We come across new errors messages all the time, but have no documentation to understand what they mean. Thanks!

Here's an example of an error we've received:
"Physical controller HOU_ASP_PG, timed out call (Callkey 4009) on translation route TELERA_HOU, peripheral target 5228."
Also:
"CSTAQueuedEvent: Call queue event for unknown call (Peripheral=5001 CallID=3696 Trunk=313 DNIS\Service\Vars=\94\,,,,,,,,,)."
We are currently running Version 4.1.5

Normally, a translation route timeout means that the destination PG (which is housing the CTI "data bearing" label) has not received an adjunct route request from it's connected peripheral. An Xrte label/target label was sent to the PG, but nothing requested it there, and it timed out.
For the second, I'd hazard a guess that the CTI server wound up receiving an event related to a call whose routing was not configured in ICM.
