Hello,
I have recently set up Unity Connection voicemail boxes for phones on an M1:
Nortel---QSIG---Call Manager---Unity connection
Everything works fine except the MWI on the nortel sets.
Is there any specific configuration that is required on the CCM/UC to make this work?
I believe all parameters are set correctly on the M1
Thanks
Rob

From the Cisco side.
Are you able to dial the message indicator and message cancellation numbers that reside on the Nortel to light up the message light on whatever extension your testing it on.

I have been told that the nortel is not using MWI ON/OFF numbers. I dont really understand the nortel side of the setup.
Below is what Cisco is sending accross the QSIG trunk to the Nortel. 8680 is the extension we are trying to light.
Thanks

Hi Rob,
We use PIMG's for our integration between CUC and Nortel so I can't give
you any great ideas here, but I thought this thread did have some some really
good detail and debugs;
