MWI Problem on a QSig Trunk

I have a qsig trunk setup from a Avaya CM to a CUCM 4.2(3)sr2b via 3845 MGCP gateway. I am not able to make the MWI to work. I have made sure that the MWI on/off numbers match in CM and Unity and I have a route created from CM for the Avaya IP Phone extension. Unity ports have access to it and I am not discarding any digits on the gateway. I have also made sure to change the cisco00002.ini to displayupdate=yes. Please help!!

Are you able to call MWI number directly and see whether it's working?

What is the output of "debug ccsip messages"
