NativeIOS IEEE 802.3af

I have the following spec....

Chassis: Cat6509

Supervisor: Sup2/MSFC2

Power Supply: 4000W/220V/30A

Inline module: WS-X-6148-45AF

NativeIOS: ??

I know CatOS 8.1 starts supporting IEEE802.3af, how about NativeIOS? If it does, which is the most stable version to run IEEE802.3af on Cat6509?
