Here's a jist of the solution we want to accomplish:
we have 3 remote sites.. and a headquarters.. obviously.. we would like a centralized phone system (we were thinking nortel bcm's because of budget constraints).. and using non-ip phones (nortel 7310).. all branches are in a different exchange and long distance.. what we would like to do.. when a call iniated from headquarters is giong to a private number in the same exchange as another branch.. we'd like to route to that phone gateway and dial locally. Is this possible?>. can someone help me with this solution? thanks
