Hi,
We recently purchased a company and they are running an Avaya Voip system. I am wondering if there is a way to allow them to dial my Cisco extensions when they need to call this location until I can update their location to my Cisco system?
I should mention that we are now connected using a site to site VPN tunnel.
Thanks

You probably want to start by looking into the interoperability portal on cco and see if there's something that matches your scenario or similar.

Thanks, I'll take a look into that.

You have a couple of options.
For example at my work we have a SIP trunk between a legacy Nortel PBX and our CUCM cluster which allows for dialing between the two and that includes either VoIP or TDM phones on the Nortel side.
The question is how much effort do you want to put into it and are you talking an Avaya Red PBX ?

I am not even sure what kind of Avaya system it is . I will need to get back to you on that
