New IP Telephony Setup

Guys, I am putting the design and implementation for a new small office IP telephony setup that would integrate with the existing Ericsson pbx structure.

I have started my resreach and came up with the following:

To use Cisco 1751-v router for configuring CallManager Express with around 10 ip phones and integrate it through E1 PRI to the PBX.

Now what modules do i need on this router to implement this scenario and will the above work right for this integration?

Hi,

You need to purchase a VWIC-1MFT-E1 and upgrade PVDM with PVDM-256K-4U20 (5 DSP) to support 30 voice channels using g711.

We have increased the budget and capabilties required to use a 2600 router to integrate with Ericsson BusinessPhone 250 model.

What cards/modules do I need on the 2600 to enable this integration.

You need a NM-HDV2-1T1/E1 with a PVDM2-32 to provide required DSP.

An alternative is to buy a VWIC-1MFT-E1 with an AIM-VOICE-30 but is more expensive
