Good day folk,
When I log into CUCM and try to view the IP addresses for our VGs, none is displayed. We can putty into the VGs in question so they are up and functional. Any ideas as to why this would happen?

Hi,
It depends on which protocol you use to configure voice gateway in CUCM. If you configure voice gateway using SCCP or MGCP protocol then you will not see its IP Address on the first page where you search gateways (Screenshot-1).
You need to click on "See Endpoints" to view registration status and IP Address of the gateway (Screenshot-2).
