PAB/Fast Dials - CCM v5.0

Hi,

Has anyone configured persoanl address book/fast dials in Callmanager v5.0? I have looked through all the documents and cant find the URL i should be configuring (the old format doesnt work).

Any ideas would be great

We have the same problem...

How can we configure the PAB ? the PAB is available in the ccmuser page but when I click on "insert", I receive a javascript error and nothing happens ?!

can you help me ?

Hi Thierry,

PAB in CM 5.0 is pre-configured by default, so you shouldnt actually need to do anything. If you're getting a javascript error, check your browser settings and version for compatibility. Which version of CM are you running?

It's CCM 5.1 (System version: 5.1.1.2000-2;

Administration version: 1.1.0.0-1).

We tried with IE 6,7 and firefox and the problem is the same.

Do you know if the user must have some specials permissions ? Now, they are in the "Standard CCM End Users" group with the "Standard CCM End Users" and "Standard CCMUSER Administration".

Anyway, my colleague who installed this ccme, opened a SR at cisco some hours ago.

So he's waiting more indications from cisco.

Standard CCM User group is enough. I must admit I havent tried 5.1 yet. if it turns out to be a bug, would you mind posting the details?

By the way, it's a french locale installer... maybe there is a bug inside it ?!
